Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

Shipping is currently available to addresses within Australia, including:

  • all Australian states and territories

  • metropolitan areas and most regional locations

In some cases, additional confirmation may be required, or delivery may not be available, such as:

  • remote or hard-to-reach areas, including parts of Western Australia, the Northern Territory, or specific remote postcodes

If you are unsure whether your address is serviceable, it is recommended to contact support before completing your purchase.

2. Shipping Fees and Pricing

  • orders with a value of AUD 100 or above are shipped without a delivery charge

  • orders below AUD 100 are subject to a flat delivery fee of AUD 10

Displayed product prices include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
Orders are generally handled under a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) arrangement.

Under this model, additional customs duties, clearance charges, or taxes are not normally requested at the time of delivery.

3. Order Processing and Transit Time

Order Confirmation

  • payments completed before 6:00 pm (AEST) are usually confirmed on the same day

  • payments completed after this time are typically confirmed on the next business day

Processing Period

  • once payment is confirmed, orders generally move into processing within 1 to 3 business days

Shipping Method

  • deliveries may be handled by third-party carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS

  • tracking details are generally provided once dispatch has occurred

Estimated Delivery

  • delivery within Australia commonly takes approximately 8 to 15 business days after dispatch

Transit times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, transport disruptions, peak periods, or other circumstances beyond direct control.

4. Shipment Tracking

After an order is dispatched, a confirmation message is usually sent containing:

  • the order reference number

  • carrier information

  • a tracking link

Tracking details allow you to monitor shipment status and view estimated delivery progress.

5. Cost Transparency

  • product prices shown include applicable GST

  • shipping charges include relevant import-related costs

  • the checkout page displays a clear cost breakdown before payment

When a DDP arrangement applies, charges are presented upfront, with no additional known fees added at delivery.

6. Receiving Your Order and Issue Reporting

When your parcel arrives, it is advisable to inspect the outer packaging. If you notice any of the following, please retain clear photos and contact support within 48 hours:

  • missing parcels or incorrect delivery

  • significant external damage

  • items that appear damaged or irregular

Any follow-up action is assessed based on the situation and available information.

Please note that returns or additional costs resulting from incorrect address or contact details provided at checkout may be the responsibility of the purchaser.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

Before Dispatch

  • within 72 hours of placing an order, it may be possible to request address changes or cancellation, depending on order status

After Dispatch

  • once an order has entered the shipping process, changes or cancellation are generally not available

  • post-delivery requests may be submitted in line with the Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
