Order Cancellation Policy

Ⅰ. When You May Be Able to Cancel

Under certain conditions, you may request to cancel your order:

  • Typically, you may apply to cancel an order within a reasonable period after payment is completed (usually no more than 72 hours).

  • An order may only be cancelled if it has not yet entered processing or been shipped.

  • When submitting a cancellation request, you may be asked to provide:

    • proof of payment (such as a screenshot or receipt)

    • a short explanation of the reason for cancellation

Where a cancellation request is accepted, follow‑up instructions will be sent by email, and, where relevant, the refund process may begin. Whether an order can be cancelled depends on its actual status at the time of the request.

Ⅱ. Situations Where Cancellation Is Usually Not Available

In the following situations, cancellation is generally not possible:

  • the order has already been dispatched or handed to a logistics provider

  • the order is unable to be delivered due to incorrect address or other key details provided by the customer

If an order has already been shipped, you may still be able to use the Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy after delivery, where applicable.

Ⅳ. Review and Refund Process

After your cancellation request is received:

  • a response will generally be provided by email within a reasonable working timeframe (commonly 1–3 business days)

  • refunds normally apply only to orders that have not been shipped or have been successfully intercepted or returned

  • if refund conditions are met, the refund will typically be returned using the original payment method (for example Visa or MasterCard)

Actual funds receipt may vary depending on banking or payment provider procedures, and may take several business days.

If a refund has not appeared within a reasonable period, contacting support to check the status may be helpful.

Any personal information collected in connection with an order cancellation will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian law, including:
